Initial on-site visit to view your property and assess your project, discussing design brief

Initial design options
5-7 working days from initial meeting we provide the first issue of drawings, outlining
design options so you can fine-tune and customise your plans

Detailed design for planning
Once a design scheme has been agreed upon, we will prepare your drawings for planning submission, fully adapting plans to regulations
Submission to planning
We submit your chosen design to planning and liaise with the local authority throughout the 6-8 week process until planning approval is secured
Introduction to contractors
During the 6-8 week planning process we will introduce you to our team of in-house contractors with a view to quoting on the proposed works
Technical drawings
Once planning permission has been granted we will begin creating your technical drawing package, including structural calculations, technical sections and construction details
Submission to building control
Once a contractor has been appointed we will submit your technical package to building control and remain on hand to address any issues with the building inspector
Construction
Throughout the construction process we will make weekly site visits to assess progress and resolve any issues with the client, contractor or inspector
