Refurb: Clarence Road No.2
New design and build contract at another property on Clarence Road, Teddington. Initial measured survey today with some sketch plans for a rear extension, loft conversion and internal remodel. This property is also our fourth job within the Park Road Conservation Area.

The kitchen is out at Summer Road, KT8 - now just need to re-wire and prep for new kitchen to be fitted!

Measured Survey: Plevna Road
Measured survey today at an end of terraced house in Hampton Village Conservation area. Client is after a small rear extension to accommodate a small shower & wc space.

Kitchen Design: Clarence Road No.1
The hand made Italian kitchen is almost complete at Clarence Road. As well as a 4m marble top island unit, this kitchen also features a double oven, large fridge freezer, ample storage + a boiling tap!

The grass has gone down at Tennyson Avenue today. Just some external lights to wire up to the new face brickwork.

Cedar cladding and bi-fold doors on at Lindum Road. Just final flooring finishes and skirting to finish off this secure bike storage and garden office.

Steels and new timber floor joists going down on our little loft conversion at Cross Street.

Rear Extension: Fifth Cross Road
Doors going on at Fifth Cross Road. This 6m rear projection has been granted under the larger home extension scheme that allows extension of up to 6m from the rear wall of a semi detached house.

Rear Dormer: Cross Street
Steels going up the scaffolding on our little loft in Hampton Hill today! Three in total all 152 x 152 x 30 as specified by our in house structural engineer Camilla.

Kitchen Design: Clarence Road
Starting to plan the kitchen layout today at Clarence Road. The size of space available means we can have a bold kitchen island as the focal point for the space. Photos of the finished article to come soon!

Rear Extension: Fifth Cross Road
Walls and roof are up on our rear extension down the popular Fifth Cross Road, Twickenham. This 6m rear extension will accommodate new kitchen, utility and study spaces.

Renovation: Clarence Road No.1
Concrete has been poured at Clarence Road, Teddington in preparation for us to start detail design for the kitchen. We have also decided to strengthen the existing timber floor joists in prep for a new bathroom above!

Ground beam and supporting steels being hoisted into place at Clarence Road. As you can see here even the darkness won't stop our boys working.

Garden Room: Selkirk Road
Roof structure is starting to take shape on our Garden Room at Selkirk Road, Twickenham. By using large joists we can create a clear span of over 5m wide. This space at the bottom of the garden will accommodate auxiliary living space, garden storage + a disabled access WC.

Renovation: Clarence Road No.1
New softwood staircase throughout the house at Clarence Road that is hand built and fitted by our carpenter John. Oak hand rail and balustrades still to come.

Refurb: Tennyson Avenue
The new roof structure is going on at Tennyson Avenue in Twickenham. The existing roof was poorly built and this meant the kitchen space was cold in the winter months. A complete new roof + four large skylights will help to improve this pre-existing rear extension.

Renovation: Clarence Road No.1
Steels being craned up today onto the roof at Clarence Road, Teddington. 6 spliced steels are going up into the loft to allow us to form 3 rear dormers that comply within the Teddington Park Conservation area.

Renovation: Clarence Road No.1
The roof is off and the ground works have started at this large renovation project on Clarence Road, Teddington. This project should take about nine months to complete and provide two additional bedrooms and a large kitchen extension while also refurbishing every room in the house.
