The client wanted to modernise and refurbish their semi-detached house in Teddington, adding extra space with extensions to the rear and loft, meeting planning requirements in the Park Road Conservation Area through considered design to maintain local character.
A whole house redesign and refurbishment included three new bathrooms with custom, modern fittings and new flooring throughout. A large, rear-dormer loft conversion facilitates two new rooms, currently a bedroom and study.
On the ground floor, a generous rear extension creates an open, sweeping living, dining and kitchen space, featuring three roof lights, expansive island unit and two sets of sliding doors opening out onto a newly landscaped garden.
